NEGOTIATING AND ACCEPTING A CONTRACT
You’ve done it! You have an offer (or multiple offers) and now it’s time to negotiate. Be prepared for multiple rounds of negotiations on the price, the terms of the contract and/or things to stay with the home. Remember, our team works as your advocate so that we can ensure a smooth transition out of your home.
Once you accept the contract, you move one step closer to closing on the home. From buyer inspections, to earnest money and document preparation, the process can feel fast and furious. Most importantly, we keep you informed each step of the process. At your closing you will sign the deed, the buyer signs a new mortgage, the old loan is paid off and the new loan is established.
