Neighborhood Spotlight: The Museum District

Don’t be fooled by the name, the Museum District has more to offer than museums. While in the area you can of course explore The Contemporary Arts Museum, The Health Museum, The Holocaust Museum, The Houston Museum of Natural Science, to name just a few. The kids in your life will have a blast at The Children’s Museum of Houston or the Houston Zoo.
In addition to the museums, you can tee off at Hermann Park Golf Course or have a picnic at Hermann Park. Feast at some of the best restaurants in town here like Ambrosia, Bistro Menil, Lucille’s, Rookies Cookies, Spanish Village, and more.
There are many residential opportunities in the area like apartments, condos, and townhome communities. The area is nestled between Hwy 288, Hermann Park, Main Street, and Alabama St. If you like walking to some of Houston’s best entertainment options, the Museum District is for you.
